About Nat

I’m so glad you found me! I love dancing, singing my heart out in my car at traffic lights, nature walks and swimming in the sea (yes, I’m one of those mad, cold-water-loving gals!!)
I am a Soft Tissue & Movement Rehab Therapist with a passion for empowering my clients to unravel their unique pain puzzle and unlock the potential of their body, through a nervous system approach.

Having embarked on my bodywork career as a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist, I fell down the ‘neuro rabbit hole’ 12 years ago, searching for answers to the why’s of pain, looking for faster, whole system techniques to help my clients move beyond pain.
My approach utilises:
I love helping my clients decode their pain puzzles, scar and surgery rehab and pelvic health.
I am a keen advocate for the power of functional breathing and its importance in movement and whole system homeostasis.
I love blending soft tissue work, movement, gait analysis, functional movement neurology and emotional/energy work to help my clients move better and live better in their bodies.
I am driven by a desire to empower people to rediscover the freedom of movement. Pain is a clue, not a curse. It’s a signal for change.
My passion is to help people become curious detectives of their own bodies, uncovering the stressors creating their pain and making the changes to reclaim their natural movement potential.
My mission is to help my clients to cultivate a wider holistic lens view when addressing pain, to look at their interconnected systems and understand the impact that their lifestyle, daily activities, emotions, history and nervous system response play in the equation.
I empower people to take back control, equipping them with a “nervous system toolkit” and a detective’s mindset. This allows them to become their own wellness advocates, understanding their bodies and managing pain for the long haul.
