Have you been stretching your tight muscles with no relief? Do they actually need stretching? Tightness and stiffness in the body is something we have...

Your wound may have healed. But your system may still be protecting. Surgery changes more than tissue. It changes:
• Sensory input
• Breathing mechanics
• Motor control
• Load tolerance
• Your brain’s perception of safety
If the brain doesn’t fully update its map of the area, it keeps protection switched on.
Protection can look like:
• Tight hips
• “Weak core”
• Back pain
• Pulling or tugging sensations
• Pelvic floor issues
• Ongoing fatigue
• Feeling disconnected from your body
This programme is about helping your whole system recalibrate, not just massaging the scar.

A structured, brain-based rehabilitation pathway designed to help your body:
Restore sensation, improve motor control, reduce protective tension, rebuild confidence in movement, integrate your scar into full-body function.
This is not passive treatment. This is guided reintegration.
This is for you if you have had:
C-sections, hysterectomy, abdominal surgery, orthopaedic surgery, laparoscopic procedures, or any surgical scar that still “feels different” and were discharged once the wound closed, told “everything looks fine”, but something still doesn’t feel quite right.
After surgery, the nervous system often:
Increases threat sensitivity, reduces sensory clarity, alters muscle recruitment patterns, offloads load into other areas.
Your brain adapts to protect you. But sometimes… it never fully updates.
This is not standard massage, generic core exercises, “Just stretch it” rehab and symptom chasing. This is nervous system-informed, whole-body integrated, structured and progressive, designed for long-term change.
Clients often report less pulling or tightness, improved posture and breathing, reduced back or hip discomfort, better core engagement, more confidence in movement and feeling more “connected” to their body
We assess movement, breathing, scar sensitivity and protective patterns. You leave understanding what changed and why.
Gentle sensory remapping and breath mechanics work to improve rib–core–pelvic coordination.
Reconnecting deep stabilisers and restoring clear communication between brain and body.
Your scar doesn’t just affect your abdomen - it affects how you walk, rotate and load.
Building confidence under increasing load so your system trusts itself again
We test, refine and ensure you leave feeling stable, strong and integrated.
