Have you been stretching your tight muscles with no relief? Do they actually need stretching? Tightness and stiffness in the body is something we have...

My Massage Therapy work harnesses the power of hands-on soft tissue manipulation to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Understanding that everyone’s body and needs are unique, I specialise in two powerful modalities: Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy and Marma Massage Therapy.

My Bodyworks grew its roots from Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy, after training at the renowned North London School of Sports Massage in 2012, to Level 5 certification.
Sports Massage helps to manipulate the soft, connective tissues of the body to aid recovery, prevent injury , enhance physical performance and correct imbalances in the soft tissue. It helps reduce stress and tension, improves flexibility in the muscles, and is a great tool pre-event to stimulate and post-event to relax and restore the muscles.
I tailor a Sports Massage session to your needs, drawing on a range of soft tissue techniques to suit your body’s requirements. Whether it be relaxing the muscles through deep tissue massage, improving circulation to help soft tissue recovery, soreness and fatigue, or helping you overcome a specific injury with a combination of hands on techniques and specific strengthening exercises, My Bodyworks has you covered.
Each session starts with a consultation and assessment of the area of concern to determine what areas need to be treated.
Various soft tissue techniques are used to address muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote recovery, including massage, muscle energy techniques, friction, trigger point and soft tissue release.

Over the last 12 years, my treatment skills still incorporate a lot of Sports Massage techniques, although my assessment tools have grown extensively, to incorporate a vast skillset of Functional Neurology tools which help chase down your root issues more thoroughly, utilising a whole system, nervous system approach.
Sukshma Marma Therapy transformed my life in 2020. It was so impactful that I became a founding graduate of the Marma Therapy Academy, founded by Marek Lorys, my therapist and teacher. I am honoured to have learnt from Marek who himself, studied under Dr. Ernst Schrott, the world’s leading expert in Marma Therapy.
